Dawn theme - Mobile version not showing home page image banner

Hi,

If anyone can help me for fixing home page banner image in mobile version in Dawn theme. Until yesterday it was fine, but since today morning image is not displaying on mobile version and it is showing on laptop version. I tried changing different images but not helping.

Does anyone know how to fix it ?

I have also escalated this to an advisor in support. As support advisor has escalated to developers and they will come back to me asap as per them. Just to confirm, these two channels are different right ? As I do not want duplicating the work for you.
