Dawn Theme Zooming in during preview of site?

Has anyone found a solution to this ? It's been discussed quite a bit but I can't seem to find a solution. I reached out to Shopify and they told me it can be fixed with custom code but didn't tell me what that code was... This is just a normal png file, nothing special, looks fine when customizing, as soon as you preview its zoomed in at a pretty ridiculous level... and yes I tried changing the zoom levels in my browser but I don't see that as a solution regardless. 

Any advice direction would be tremendously appreciated, I'm not to far from losing my mind.
