Debutify Theme Not Showing Product Color Variant

When I preview a product in the Debutify theme, the product color variant dropdown doesn't appear, although the dropdown option is enabled in the theme. Debutify support suggested I install another copy of the theme, but that didn't resolve the issue. They think there's a conflict with one of the installed apps.

I've attached a pic. It shows the first color (BROWN), but no drop down to show the other colors.

I tested the Debut them and didn't have the issue.
