Default template won't work properly, because of google tag manager.

We built our website, but the default theme won't show properly when we are in live mode. 

They say it is because of Google Tag Manager code. 

We need Google Tag Manager to work. 

How can we let it work properly without paying expensive experts? We don't have the money for it.

There is a video where you can see that the website in normal mode won't work properly, but with the Dutch template, it works fine.
