Liquid, JavaScript, themes, sales channels
We have just implemented the new 2.0 theme in our store, but a few of the apps are seriously affecting our landing page performance and are really not needed immediately, but since the 2.0 structure really detached the pages from html code into some meta code json definitions, I cannot find the places where apps load their javascript code to move it to especific pages or at the very least defer the loading process to the end.
Does anyone have any experience with this on 2.0 themes?
Thanks
Could someone help me how to do this with code? My page speeds plummet with each new app. There needs to be a way to defer all these scripts.
Hello, have you found a way to defer them. I am just investigating the matter and can't find where those scripts are getting included.
No, it's best not to use apps and to learn some coding instead. Otherwise you'll end up bankrupt.
