Delete customers based on last order date

Hello,

for legal reasons I need to delete customers who haven't placed an order in the last 9 years. Not a day earlier, not a day later. My issue is: I can create a customer segment that shows me affected customers. I can't delete or send me an automated mail based on that though.

In Shopify Flow I can delete or email myself a reminder if such customers exist... but I don't seem to have access to last_order_date or something like that.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can either get segments into Shopify Flow OR access the last order date per customer? Thanks.
