Deleting a custom section destroys all the contents.

I created a custom liquid section in the footer group. I've already deleted html codes and left the css like below.

*{
margin:0px;
}

</style>

When I delete the section, it messes up the entire home page. 

Any solution for this error?

That css means all elements of your store is assigned value margin: 0px. Recommend your remove that code.

If I clear the margin css, it also messes up the entire page as I delete the section.
