Delivery date available based on postcode

Hi,
One of our clients is interested in build an Shopify store. They sell organic meats. One of the feature they want is that different delivery dates available based on their clients' postcodes. Eg clients can select Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays if they live in metro area(determined by postcode) while clients in rural area can only select Thursdays and Fridays. Could you please let me know if this is possible with Shopify? If so, could you please provide some guidance? Thanks in advance

P.S. I have created a dev store and managed to created multiples zones(postcode range) with different postages. The only thing I didn't found is the feature I mentioned above.
