Deprecation of fulfilment service field in the product variant resource

Hi, I have an issue with webhooks of the following topics "products create" and "products update". Earlier we were using the "fulfillment service" field of "The Product Variant resource" to check if the product is 'Gift Card' or not. (For Gift Cards, fulfillment service field would be "gift card") But 'fulfilment service' will be deprecated in the near future. Can anyone please let me know how we would determine whether the product is gift card or not by using the webhook for topic: "products create" and "products update".
