Description formatting for bulk product uploads

Hi 

I am hoping to upload a lot of products from a supplier. 

I have all the details on a csv file from them but unsure how to add these to a upload shopify csv file so they map correctly with bullet points bold text etc ? 

I don't have any knowledge of coding so finding it difficult
