Different shipping rates on the base of API request

Hi there,

hope you are fine and having a good time, I have a technical question here, we have a website and a mobile app, we are using APIs for the communication, we have separate shipping rates for both app and website, we are using the same shopify checkout for both, I have created 5 shipping rates in the admin panel, I want to show 2 of them in the app and different 3 in the website, how can I achieve it?
