Hi guys,
We are a supplement ecommerce store that also offers online courses.
We would like to immediately offer our online courses as an upsell to customers that have purchased the supplements.
Our courses are hosted on Thinkific, and all that we require is a first and last name, as well as an email address to send the login info to in a separate email.
How would we best go about this on Shopify?
Would it be an actual priced upsell or a free benefit for each customer matching criteria?
You may use Zapier (https://zapier.com/apps/shopify/integrations/thinkific/1714157/enroll-users-in-thinkific-when-new-pa...)
Or you can use Flow app to do the same (would require some configuration and Thinkific plan which allows the use of API).
Or you can use Flow to automatically add a course product to the qualifying order and then Thinkific Shopify app should do the rest.
Just need to decide what best suits your situation.

Ah, in this case you'd need an upsell app or your theme may have this functionality and then, supposedly, Thinkific app will do the rest.

You can try Onetick Checkbox Upsell. It s allowing the addition of a checkbox for digital products on physical product pages. I found their demo store which is https://onetick-app.myshopify.com/ (pass: 1) Let's check further to understand how it functions.

You can set up online courses as separate products, then utilize Easify Product Options app to offer them as upsell checkbox options in your supplement products. This way, customers can purchase both the supplement and online course products together. You'll be able to gather customer name and email address from the order details. Here's a basic example 🤗:
