Disable video controls and autoplay it

Hey everyone,

I want to implement a video at the start of a page,

https://velvah.com/products/velvah-genesis (If you go to the password page, the password is "VELVAH101", then click "Genesis" at the header)

Does anyone know how to make the video start automatically and remove the video controls?

If anyone has some tips or advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've been looking around but I can't find anything. Let me know if I should elaborate or anything. Thanks beforehand!
