Discount is not automatically taking in POS

I am setting up a discount in my shopify account for when a customer buys 2 of a particular collection, they would get a set $ amount discount on checkout.

I've set it up according to the instructions, but when I test on my POS, it doesn't take off the discount.

Attached is a summary of how it was set up originally requiring them to buy 2 items from the same collection. I also tried changing the requirements to requiring them to add $50 in the same collection, but that didn't work either. HELP!

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with setting up the discount on your Shopify store. To help you troubleshoot the problem, here are a few steps you can follow:

  1. Verify discount settings: Double-check the settings for the discount to ensure they are correctly configured. Make sure you have set the discount type to "Fixed amount" and entered the correct amount for the discount.

  2. Check collection requirements: Ensure that you have properly specified the collection requirements for the discount. Confirm that the collection handle or ID you entered matches the correct collection in your store.

  3. Test with different products: If the discount is not working when requiring customers to buy 2 items from the same collection, try testing it with different products or collections. This will help determine if the issue is specific to the collection or if it's a general problem with the discount.

Did you check my images? I did all that. I just checked a different product as well, and it's not working either.

Can you take a look at the images of the summaries and let me know if there is something wrong with those, because I'm not seeing it
