Display issues with prices on Shopify: Missing discounted price

Hello.

I have an issue with the price display on my site. I have correctly set up the marketplace, the base price, and the pre-discount price. I've also properly disabled the "Hide pre-discount prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers" option in the market preferences.

However, when I am in theme customization mode, I can see the crossed-out price with the discount. But when I visit the site directly through the domain link, only the base price appears and the crossed-out price isn't visible.

I can't understand why this is happening. Could you help me resolve this issue?
