Displaying cart level discounts on line items

Hello all,

We have a discount code set up which is only available to customers with a specific tag and only applicable to specific product collections (cart level discount?).  We are attempting to add a column to my invoice template in Order Printer which reflects the individual line item price with the cart level discount applied and adjusted line total.  For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to do this and we did not receive a workable solution when we reached out to the developers. 

We have found a paid app which is able to do this - so we know it is possible.  However, there are other aspects of the paid app which will not work for us (well, in addition to the cost). 

• line_item.original_price does return the original price
• line_item.final_price returns a blank (as do many similar variables related to line items and discounted amounts)

Would anyone have any suggestions for how we could retrieve this information?

Same exact issue. I have tried all the end points on the line items and nothing works.

Can anyone chime in on this one?
