Do i have to repay subscription after unfreezing if i froze the store right after paying subscriptio

I froze my store a couple months ago, but immediately before freezing it I was charged the monthly subscription.

Now im unfreezing the store..will I still have to pay the monthly subscription? Shouldn't I already have the month free of charge considering I paid the monthly subscription right before freezing my store?
