Does a meta robots 'noindex, nofollow' impact Google Shopping ads?

It appears the following code was placed onto my shopify site and therefore hiding my site from google indexing.  I suspect this has been done through hacking by an ex SEO bad egg that was engaged to do some work.  He ended up going bankrupt and my refusal to pay for his non existent services when to court. The court ruled in my favour and he went on to set up another dodgy business.

My question is:   if this code was placed into my website code to prevent google from finding our site - would this have affected google shopping also?  I went to another company after my awful experience and engaged them to do google shopping ads for us. This resulted in nothing and the ROI was $72AUD per conversion.

I'm wondering if this hack/sabotage attempt to hide my site from google would have affected the success of google shopping ads too?

As you say that, yes it will effect your Online business and Seo. as well as Google ads.

You need to have careful about this to loose your Business.
