Does anyone know how to fix my filters on my site?

I can't figure out how to make my filters/catagories work on my site. They are all properly tagged but they still don't show up when clicking on any of them.

Hi @ProbodyCA,

The products in the 'Amino Acids' collection have the tag 'amino-acid' added?

Just you add a tag to the product, it will work fine.

They are all tagged with amino acid but I also included "amino-acid" and it's still not showing all the products until I click on "reset filter".

 

Didn't quite solve the problem 😞

Did you have to refresh the list to show all the products? 

 

I added "rapid search" app to help with the search bar but the categories are still not working properly. I see how my customers browse through my site via "session Viewer" app and majority have a hard time seeing products based on choosing the categories under the shop section. 

 

Tried messing with the collections settings but still no luck. I wonder if its the theme. And i have no idea where I got the theme since I had someone from fiver work on it in the beginning stages until I continued with pagefly to complete the rest. (pagefly said it's in issue with shopify)

With the product tag, as before I tested and it works fine.

With the current filter, it is installed by the app, so if you want to support this, please contact the app directly, they will help you check it quickly.
