Does cookie consent enable self added Google trackers

I've added the Google Tag Manager script and the Google Analytics script, but I am wondering if they'll be disabled when the cookie consent is denied.

Could anybody comment on this?

It does not and you have to do it yourself using various callbacks from the cookie consent widget
