Hi @FrostFlame,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your domain, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, the domain was just recently purchased correct?

If so, it's likely that the domain is still in the process of propagating to your shop. This can take up to 48 hours, as the domain needs to be successfully verified. I was able to confirm however, that the DNS Records are all correctly pointing to Shopify. Due to this, I recommend allowing for some time to pass to see if this helps to resolve.

If after 48 hours, you continue to see those errors, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to any account information here on the Community.

The connect with us, you can:

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
