I need to transfer my domain between accounts, but I can't do it myself because I don't have a plan.
Hi @asdwvg
If you can't transfer your domain because of plan restrictions, some registrars like Namecheap or GoDaddy allow internal transfers (often called “Push Transfers” or “Account Changes”) without needing a paid plan. If that's not possible, your best option is to contact customer support and request a manual transfer—they can usually assist if both account holders verify their identity. Alternatively, you can unlock the domain, get the transfer (Auth/EPP) code, and start the transfer process to the new account, whether it's on the same registrar or a different one. If the issue is related to a paid plan requirement, the receiving party might need to upgrade or pay the associated fee to complete the transfer.

It is advised that you contact your domain provider as transferring a domain to a different account requires an active Shopify subscription, which you do not currently have. They can assist in confirming ownership and approving the transfer of the domain between the two Shopify accounts.
