I have connect my domain by entering the details A record and CAA record, but that showing the details are incorrect. And also in my Shopify account the current ip address  is not showing that showing empty. Plz help me

Thanks for getting in touch. If you purchased your domain from a domain provider other than Google Domains, GoDaddy, or 1&1 IONOS, and you have their requirements, then you can connect your domain to Shopify manually. To do so, please follow the steps outlined in this guide. Please note, that any DNS settings may take a few days to fully propagate.

Allright sir, but I have a question that my Shopify ip address is showing 23.227.38.68, but everywhere I see the Shopify ip address 23.227.38.65 so which one is correct or anything wrong in my device? Here is the pic

You can check with your domain provider's support team if you need assistance with updating the DNS records for that domain as outlined here.

We're not able to access your domain provider account or update these settings for you from here in Shopify.
