I used to have a shopify store and it was connected to a domain that I still own, I no longer have the shopify store but I'm trying to forward the domain address. The domain is held in google domains and I have set it up to forward but it will not forward. The reason is because it's still connected to my shopify account but I cannot go into my shopify account to change it because I'm no longer paying for a subscription. How can I forward the email? Additionally, I cannot get ahold of Shopify support because I'm no longer paying for a subscription, so hear I am trying to get ahold of anyone at shopify.
