Domain Transfer email Confirmation not received

Hi

I just transferred my domain over from SiteGround (batescustomcreations.com) and I got the transfer code, input everything and it said please confirm transfer by email which would be sent to my email address batescustomcreations@gmail.com

I have not received this confirmation verification email yet and I wanted to ask if it can be resent? How long does it normally take after the transfer code to receive this email?

It can take up to 20 days for a domain to complete the transfer and the email will be sent during that time. Can you confirm when the domain transfer was first started? Also, did you get a chance to check your junk/spam folder?

If you believe that sufficient time has passed and you should have received the email by now, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request. On that note, since this is a public space, then we'd also recommend editing your post and removing your email for security reasons.
