Domain Transfer has Cloudfare Proxy problem

I transferred my domain to Shopify and it is going on two weeks and I am still seeing the message “ Your domain has a Cloudfare Proxy and is not supported by Shopify”. The previous hosting company states it’s not them and I am not sure what to do. I cannot allow this to continue for a month. I have read where others said it cleared within 48 hrs but this is now two weeks and the same issue.  SSL is also unavailable.
