When searching your domain, it looks as though there are no DNS records set. When navigating to your domain online, I'm seeing the following error message: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. This error message often indicates a DNS configuration issue.
Here are some steps you can follow to resolve the above error message:
Head to your Shopify admin, Settings > Domains section. Make sure that the DNS settings for your domain are correctly configured.
Ensure that you have successfully completed the domain transfer process and that the domain is now registered with Shopify. Double-check the domain settings in your Shopify admin to confirm that the transfer was successful.
To confirm, were you able to follow the steps listed here to transfer your domain to Shopify? It can take up to 20 days for your domain to be transferred. After it's transferred, you should receive a confirmation email from Shopify. If your domain hasn't transferred to Shopify after 20 days, then you may want to review your junk or spam email folders for any notices about the transfer or required actions.
