I had my website with shopify and moved it in December 2023.  A new company took over to mange for me and somehow left the domain with shopfiy.  I was unaware of this until my website and email went offline completely.  I cannot get into the account to pay to activate everything to fix this issue as the code goes to the email that is now shut off.  I cannot go ahead and pay to get the email back open so I can fix this.  I was told last week that the issue was escalated, but I have not herd anything, my website and email have now been offline for a week.  I am more than willing to pay to get back in, I just need to get access to my email.  Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Check the status of the domain in a Whois tool and use the contact info to increase the chances of getting your domain back.
