Hello! When I connect a domain I get "here was an error registering. The domain wasn't registered. Please try again". I click a few more times and it says "Domain couldn't be purchased. Domain name has already been claimed by another shop" Although in Buy new domain this domain is free all the time.

I understand that you tried connecting a domain and there was an error that the domain is already connected to another shop. However, as there aren't any free custom domains, it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
