Drop Down menu and Spacing - Blum

Hey all! Im building my website and noticed that on my collapsable menu page, there is an absurd amount of negative space underneath the footer. I believe it has to do with the length of the drop down menu when expanded. When expanded the space is no longer there, but when its not expanded, the space is there, as shown in the images below. I would appreciate any help!!
