the drop-down menu is not showing in the main menu, I've noticed that if both the navigation menu is tag to the same tag one below the other, it's not showing in the main menu, how to fix this

this menu I'm adding and want to create a sub-menu with the same tag name is it possible to add like that

 trying to create these menus into one menu, one below the other, and list inside the list, please help to do this

You're right @satsinghrana I can create any mega menu, my question is if the tag is the same as another menu it not working any tip on that www.trimart.sg would be appreciated ...
