Dropshipping custom sports parkas

I have multiple clients asking for embroidered sports parkas (the long jackets often worn by swimmer, water polo, soccer, and other winter sport athletes) and am struggling to find an appropriately priced high-quality solution.  Wondering if it best to order in bulk, have it shipped to a fulfillment company who also does embroidery or if there is a better alternative approach.  Anyone have experience with this and can lend some direction?
