Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user

Hello, I am facing this issue with 8 pages I have also created a canonical URL but the error is still here.
for example, this is my shopify product page URL https://skintrium.com/products/f-f-enhanced-dark-spot-eraser-cream i have added canonical as <link rel="canonical" href="https://skintrium.com/products/f-f-enhanced-dark-spot-eraser-cream"> but the google shows the error Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user please anyone who is SEO OR technical seo expert please give me the solution
