Duplicate Header Menu

Pls. help how can I be able to remove the duplicate menu. Or is there a code needed in order to modify the header?

Hi Kendra, Appreciate your assistance. The theme I am using is TURBO. And
there is really no field there that I can remove from a duplicate menu.
