Duplicate theme

I recently messed up the code on my theme but thankfully I had a duplicate I just copied and pasted the part that was messed up but I reposted it on a copy of the original (the copy of the original was also messed up) I basically deleted the original but since I had a copy and re implemented the code that was messed up would all my pixels and klaviyo etc still function properly since it was a duplicate? I’d assume so since it’s the exact same code
