There appears to be a bug in Shopify. My team is having an issue with line items being duplicated after saving a draft order. This seems to only happen on larger orders.
While working on this draft, the system began to duplicate line items after every save. When attempting to delete the duplicated line items, it would duplicate the remaining line items again after clicking save.
I had a couple of other users on other user accounts (admin and non-admin) verify that they were experiencing the same issue within this draft, confirming that this problem is not isolated to my computer or specific user account.
Twice more we attempted creating a fresh new draft and ran across the same issue again once getting toward the end of the order. It seems that our Shopify is not able to handle larger orders. We were forced to split the order in half and send two separate invoices to the customer.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and / or are any fixes planned for it?
