Hello,
I am looking for a solution whereby I can send a customer more specific refund emails depending on an order tag.
We have two types of order tags we mainly use:
1."Retail" - For all off the shelf purchases
2."Teamroom" - These are custom kit orders that are made to order for Team Club kits. However if minimums are not met by the clubs (team members order individually) we have to refund them for these items. So currently we process the refund in Shopify and then have to email them seperately to explain why they are getting a refund email.
I wanted to try and move the emails over to Klaviyo but they only get messaging for a fully refunded order whereas more often than not these with be partial refunds.
I was wondering whether I could manage this via a Shopify Flow but not sure how this would work alongside the automated Shopify refund email and whether duplicate emails would be sent?
Ideal Logic:
Line Item Refunded > Order tagged with Retail > Default Shopify Refund Email
Line Item Refunded > Order tagged with Teamroom > A different email sent an explanation for the refund
Any help would be most welcome.
