Dynamically render discount codes

Hi!

I am trying to create a simple page that will render all the available discount codes for the store. The idea is that it will only show the discount codes for a certain customer segment. I should be able to segment it fine myself, but I am really stuck on how I can display all discount codes.

Been looking for resources about this, but have not came up with anything.
