EDI Integration with multiple Stores in SPS Commerce

I am using SPS Commerce for EDI Solutions. Currently Shopify is setup as a trading partner in SPS . I have integrated 4 shopify stores with SPS for EDI document exchange but I am getting EDI documents from 1 store only that I integrated 1st. Does anyone know why I am not getting EDI orders for other stores through EDI though they are also integrated abd getting orders in Shopify.

How did you connect with SPS Commerce? Are you using a 3rd party app or does SPS Commerce offer an API? I'm looking for a solution that works with HSN.
