Edit text of Add To Cart button on a specific product template (Dawn 13.0)

Hello, I'd like to change the Add To Cart button text to Customize, for products with product template Custom. I've tried a few of other forum articles but none worked as they were for different themes. I am on Dawn theme 13.0
