Editor and view pages are different

Help! I've added some photos that are showing in the editor but not on the website view. The website isn't live yet so it's okay but why can't I see the exact same thing as in my editor anymore? I changed the coding of one collage image but it looked good in the editor and in the website view then just suddenly disappeared in view mode. I have since deleted the college, reverted the code back to the original and added a new collage without editing the code and the new collage still won't show in view mode.

Make sure you edit it in the market you are viewing on view mode.

Thanks, one market is different to the others. How do I make all the markets show the same website?

I can see I can add elements from one market website to the other but that would take too much time. I want the exact same edits on all of the markets to occur at the same time, how do I do that? Thanks

Please add it in Default market then it will be added to all market
