Hi there,

 

unfortunately I don’t have access anymore to my business email. We had to create a new email adress. However this is also the email address to login to Shopify. My colleague and I both logd in on 2 different divices at the same time to see how to change the email address into Shopify. Shopify blocked the account out of safety reasons and send a 10 number vertifcation to the email address where we don’t have access anymore to. 

We are a bit stressed because we have the password and everything but we want to change the email address to login with. 

Can someone advise me what to do? We already send Shopify an email but it takes very long before they answer. 

I hope Shopify can send us the vertification code to our mobile number or something?

I definitely understand the urgency to regain access to your account. Since you no longer have access to your email and verification number, then you will need the assistance of our support team. You mentioned that you already reached out to support. May I ask if this was done through email or live chat?
