Hello, 

 

we recently switched our domain over from Wix to our new site on Shopify and now my email isn’t receiving or sending messages. We tried updating the MX records and it doesn’t seem to be working. Can you help?  The email is hosted on GoDaddy. It said to input a new TXT record which we did and still receiving error message.

I hope you solved the issue. Sometimes DNS Propagation takes 24–48 hours for DNS changes to propagate.
