Email for my business domain

I used my personal email when i registered in Shopify at first time. Then i bought new domain through Shpify (using the Buy link) and paid for new domain.

Now how can i get an email account for this doamin? Shopify didn't specify the source of the domain i bought (is it Googel domain?)!! i tried to get free email from Zoho but it is again trying to verify that i own this domain,  which i dont know who is provider of my domain & how can i do this verification 😞

I need help to create an email for my business because i should use this email to register my business with Government too & without Goverment registration then i cant finish the site setup & payment 

Please, i need your help.
