I’m having an issue with my email notifications. I have it set up to where it’s supposed to send out one message, but it’s sending something completely different and I don’t know how to change it. The first image is what’s it’s sending and the second one is what it’s supposed to say and what sends when I hit “send test”. I’ve tried to talk to customer service but no one has helped me with the issue.
If you’re using an email marketing app (like Klaviyo or Omnisend), it might be overriding Shopify’s default notifications.
