Emails sent from @m.shopifyemail.com with authenticated domain and dmarc record

I am at my wits end with this issue and my support case has gone no where. My third-party domain is authenticated (and has been for months). My dmarc record is correct (and has been for months). However, all emails sent to my customers are from @m.shopifyemail.com NOT my configured domain address. There appears to be an issue with DKIM records. However, changing these to the exact records requested by support has not resolved the issue (nor am I confident they are correct). I am trying to access the original settings provided by Shopify when authenticating the domain to troubleshoot but cannot find that anywhere. Does anyone know of a way to access
