embedding typeform survey into post purchase/thank you page

Hi,

I have created a simple typeform survey asking how the customer heard about us which I would like to add to the thank you page after a customer has purchased. I have the embed code, I just need to know where to put it.

I see this is an old posting but in case anyone needs the answer, add the Typeform embed code to the Order Status page (Settings > Checkout > Order status page) and it'll display just below the "Thank You" message after a customer completes their order.
