Enforce customer doing quiz before check out

I have a product quiz embedded in my website (www.Karbini.com) using Shop Quiz: Product Recommender app.

I want to enforce customer to do the quiz before checking out. I asked the app developer and they said it’s coding issue which is out of their scope. Anyone can help?

Currently customer can just go to product page and add the product to the cart and check out but it is totally against our purpose as we want customer to tell us their current skin condition and we tailor made the products to him/her.
