Enhanced Ecommerce Events -- Started Order event not firing

Hi there,

One of my client's stores is having an issue where the Enhanced Ecommerce - Started Order event is not firing when a user reaches a checkout page. All other Enhanced Ecomm events are firing normally. 
We've setup this store just like any other, and have made no modifications to the checkout page, so I'm not sure how/why this is happening.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make sure this event is configured properly?

Hey Ben, did you ever find a solution for this? It probably had something to do with your theme? 

Having the same issue with one of my shops right now. Normally it's pretty straight forward.
