Entering GA4 script to Online Store - Preferences

Hi there,

A new client of mine has given me access to their Shopify store to run a website review and it's come to light that they haven't set up their GA4 or connected this to their store. I've set up their GA4 and am now trying to connect it to their account, however I get the same error message when I click on 'manage pixel here'. The client has upgraded my user permissions, but I'm still getting the same error 400 0auth error invalid. Can I do this for them or will I need to send them the script to add themselves?
